Consent to process a child's personal data and photo

This English text is a translation provided for convenience. The Russian version is the legally binding one; if the two differ, the Russian text applies.

By pressing the "I agree" button in the Bot @the_babybook_bot, I (the "Parent"):

1. Confirm that I am the parent or legal representative of the child or have the right to give consent regarding their photo and data.
2. Give Anna Alekseevna Derevenskaya, INN 253402095301 (the "Operator") consent to process the child's personal data that I enter in the Bot: name, gender, age, interests, photo and appearance description. Processing includes collection, recording, storage, transfer, use, anonymisation and deletion.
3. Purpose: creating a personal book (text, illustrations, colouring pages, narration) and delivering it to me.
4. Allow the photo and data to be passed, for creating the book, to artificial intelligence services via the AITUNNEL aggregator and their developers, including those located outside the Russian Federation in the USA (Meta, OpenAI, Google), where the level of data protection may differ from that in Russia. I have been informed of this risk.
5. Understand that the photo is stored for 48 hours, intermediate images for 7 days and finished files for 21 days, after which they are deleted automatically. Order data and payment information are kept longer (see the Personal data processing policy).
6. Understand that this consent is valid until withdrawn or until the storage periods expire. It can be withdrawn by writing to 59638289@bk.ru or @Anna_Derevenskaya; after withdrawal the Operator will delete the data, except data it must keep by law.
7. Confirm that I have read the Personal data processing policy.

The Bot does not accept photos of children without this consent: you can continue without a photo and describe the child's appearance in text.
